15 February 2018: Indian Scout Bobber is the stripped-down version of the more expensive American cruiser Indian Scout. The bike packs the same engine under the flesh and has been bolted on the same frame too. The Bobber made way to the Indian market through India Bike Week 2017 in Goa. The bike features a liquid-cooled, V-Twin 1133cc engine with closed loop fuel-injection system that makes out a max power of 94hp and a peak torque of 97Nm at 5,600rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Bobber gets a raw look with blacked-out engine, frame, exhaust, handlebars and mirrors. With least amount of chrome, the bobber looks absolutely dashing. It is equipped with a dual-tone leather seat, minimalist LED tail lamp, chopped front and rear fenders and black cast aluminium wheels. There are a black analogue single pod and an all-new Indian Scout badge on the fuel tank. The suspension duties on the bike are handled by a telescopic front fork and dual shock absorbers at the rear. The 16-inch alloy wheels are shod with 130/90-16 and 150/80-16 section tyres at the front and rear respectively. On the braking front, it sports disc brakes (298mm at the front and the rear) and ABS. The Indian Scout Bobber gets a price tag of Rs 14.72 Lakh (On road, Delhi). There are five colour choices available including Thunder Black, Bronze Smoke, Star Silver Smoke, Indian Motorcycle Red and Thunder Black Smoke.
