Triumph Rocket 3 Highlights

Triumph has unveiled the Rocket 3 R Black and the Rocket 3 GT Triple Black limited edition motorcycles. The two variants are likely to be launched in India in May. Triumph launched the GT variant of the Rocket 3 in India in September 2020. Priced at Rs 18,90,000, the motorcycle is just Rs 40,000 more expensive than the sportier R variant. The Rocket 3 is the most expensive Triumph bike on sale in India. 

 It is powered by a larger 2458cc inline-triple motor that puts out 167PS and a massive 221Nm of torque. It also gets a host of rider aids such as ride-by-wire, four rider modes  (Rain, Road, Sport and Rider), cornering ABS, and traction control. The new Rocket 3 also gets a lighter aluminium frame, fully adjustable Showa suspension, Brembo Stylema brake calipers, and Avon Cobra Chrome tyres. 

 The Rocket 3 competes with the upcoming Ducati Diavel 1260. At its price, you could also check out the BMW R 18 and the upcoming Harley Davidson Fat Boy BS6.

The Triumph Rocket 3 is powered by a 2458 cc Liquid-cooled engine which produces of power. It has a fuel tank of 18 L and a . The Triumph Rocket 3 starts at Rs 19.90 and goes up to Rs 21.50 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is available in six variants.
