Ducati Multistrada V2 Highlights
The Ducati Multistrada V2 has been launched in India. The new bike replaces the Multistrada 950 in Ducati’s lineup and is lighter than before.
The Ducati Multistrada V2 is the successor to the Multistrada 950. The smallest ADV from Ducati comes with the same 937cc testastretta L-twin engine and produces 113PS and 94Nm, the same as the outgoing model.
However, Ducati has reworked the ergonomics with this model. The Italian brand has lowered the seat height by 10mm, and now it stands at 830mm. The footpegs too have been lowered for better, and more comfortable ergonomics.
The Ducati Multistrada V2 gets the same 5-inch full-colour TFT display with smartphone connectivity for the ‘S’ variant, while the standard model comes with an LCD display. Even the 6-axis IMU-governed electronic suite has been carried over from the Ducati Multistrada 950.
The motorcycle competes with the Triumph Tiger 900 GT and the BMW F 900 XR.
